Shipping Information
We ship within the 50 United States. Reasonable shipping charges are applied to your order at check-out. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii will incur additional shipping charges.
We make every effort to see that all orders placed by 3pm EST are shipped within two business days. Orders placed on weekends are generally shipped on the next business day.
We know timely shipping is important to you, so we strive to ship orders as soon as possible. Occasionally your products may arrive at different times. Product availability will determine the date of shipment.
We go to great lengths to make sure that we ship your merchandise by the most reliable method and shipping time is approximately 3-8 business days following shipment. At checkout, you will have the opportunity to use expedited shipping if you desire.

Satisfaction Guarantee
HealthPro Nutrient offers a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee for first time purchases of any product. Refunds are for the cost of the product only (shipping charges do not apply).
Refunds are normally processed within 2-3 weeks. A copy of the invoice or packing slip must be enclosed in the box in order for the credit to be processed in a timely manner.
We recommend sending all returns back with a delivery confirmation via UPS or FedEx. HealthPro Nutrient will not be responsible for lost returns. The Distributor or Customer will incur shipping charges for packages returned due to an address change. All refused shipments will be subject to a 10% restocking fee applicable shipping charges.
